YogaDance Room This open level class is designed to awaken your mind, body and senses through controlled breathing, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Please bring a mat and a lock to lock up your bag. The center does not allow anyone to bring their bags to the dance room except: towel, water and phone.
