The adult fitness program focused is designed to help individuals enhance their physical fitness by building muscle, improving endurance, and refining body composition. The program typically includes a combination of resistance training exercises, such as weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and resistance bands, along with cardiovascular activities to boost metabolism and improve overall health.

Step Aerobics is a cardio workout that will elevate your heart rate, strengthen muscles, and improve coordination and balance.

Please bring a mat and a lock. The center does not allow anyone to bring their bags to the gym except: towel, water and phone.

This open level class is designed to awaken your mind, body and senses through controlled breathing, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures.
