The program typically includes a combination of resistance training exercises, such as weightlifting, bodyweight exercises, and resistance bands, along with cardiovascular activities to boost metabolism and improve overall health. YogaDance Room This open level class is designed to awaken your mind, body and senses through controlled breathing, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures. Please bring a mat and a lock to lock up your bag. The center does not allow anyone to bring their bags to the dance room except: towel, water and phone.
