Pickleball is a great sport for family to spent time with each other. It combines elements of tennis, badminton and ping pong. The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn. Join us and have a blast while competing.

Members will hold stretch poses to reduce pain. Holding a pose for extended period of time. To build better flexibility, lower blood pressure reduce anxiety, improve balance and focus.

Kids/Teens will be working on fundamental basketball skills. The program would be focusing on developing their passing, shooting, defensive and Rebounding skills. Beginners and advance players can be part of this program. The Program will have two different group Children (6-12) and Youth(13-17), They are going to be in different courts while the program is in section.

This program is going to help a lot of kids develop their skills as well as having fun with their friends and other participants in the class. Drills, Games, strategies and more are going to be offered in this program. Volo Sports will be part of this program were we going to be doing Soccer on Tuesdays, and Basketball on Thursdays.

Wiffle ball is a variation of baseball that's designed to be played in smaller spaces. The rules are simplified compared to traditional baseball, focusing more on fun and accessibility. It's a great way to enjoy a baseball-like game without needing a full field or the risk of injury from a hard ball. Once everyone has a good understanding of the game, we will have a tournament with 4-6 teams of 5-8 players.
